Missions Mobiliziation:
Missions Mobilizing Scenario

I. Develop the missions vision among the church leadership.
A. It is critical that the pastor and his leadership team are on board before introducing a               new missions thrust in the church.
1. This is typically achieved through a missions presentation to the leadership team                    by Gospel Outbound.

II. The biblical basis of missions is presented to the church from the pulpit.
A. By the Pastor or Gospel Outbound.

III. Build a Missions Team who will promote missions within the church.
A. They develop a Missions Policy.
B. Subcommittees are formed to help carry continued promotion to the various levels of               the church.
C. Strategic partnerships are developed with ministries in foreign countries.
1. Support (prayer, relational, & financial) grows among the congregation.

IV. Missions teachings and exposure to missions continue.
A. Pulpit
B. Bulletins, bulletin board, etc.
C. Sunday schools
D. Seminars
E. Missions conferences
F. Guest missionaries

V. Sending
A. Local and/or foreign missionaries are sent to the least reached nations (people               groups).
1. Long Term and/or Short Term Missions

VI. The Church is blessed by their obedience to the Great Commission.
A. People become excited about what their church is accomplishing.
B. The Lord blesses the church as it is obedient and sows generously. (2 Cor. 9:6)
C. The Kingdom is furthered in “Samara and to the ends of the earth.” (Ac. 1:8)
D. The Church helps finish the Great Commission and hastens Jesus’ return.
(Mt. 28:19- 20, oh 24:14).

Gospel Outbound typically provides 6 to 12 months of coaching and training services, free of charge, to keep the development of an exciting global outreach program moving forward towards self-sufficiency.
